United Way organizations, the American Heart Association Hawai‘i affiliate, Boys & Girls Clubs and the Hawaii Foodbank all benefited from the charity of customers and employees. All told, Hawai‘i Macy's West stores took all but one of the top 10 positions in the Thanks for Sharing campaign held over the 2004-05 holiday season.
